Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy governs cancellations and refunds of subscription costs received from users.
Refund of Non-Activated Subscription
If you decide to cancel your subscription and request a refund prior to activation, please contact Signalator customer service. The subscription will be cancelled upon receipt of your request and a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Refund of Activated Subscription (Within 7 Days)
Once the subscription is activated, you are entitled to a 50% refund within 7 days from the subscription activation date. The refund will be issued within 7 working days after receipt of your refund request.
Non-Refundable Payments
The following payments are not refunded under any circumstances:
- Initial setup / activation fee
- Paid demo subscription after activation
- VPS service / Manual execution services after setup
- Special offer / discount subscription after activation
